Zotero plugin for Google Docs on IOS

Is this possible now that the native Google Docs app can be used in Safari? Could it recognize one of the addons instead of Zotero?

    For now, it’s not possible to connect Zotero to either Google Docs or Word on iOS.

    A Zotero iPad app is in development. I’m not sure if it would be able to work with Google Docs.
