Zotero not importing full result set from Psycinfo

I have a student working on a systematic review. Her results list from Psycinfo (Ebsco) is 647 items. But when she imports the RIS file into Zotero, only a little over 600 of them come through. Does anyone know why this might be?

In the past this has almost always been an EBSCO issue, i.e the RIS didn't contain all items. You can typically test by opening the RIS in a text editor and counting the occurrences of TY - (which occurse exactly once per RIS item)
