Trouble Saving pdf to Zotero

Hello. I am new to Zotero and I am trying to save articles to my library and pdfs in particular will not save. My debug ID is 996815137.

    I am having trouble downloading this saved pdf to my library.

    you can't use Zotero to save local files, even if they're opened in Firefox. You'd have to go to your Downloads folder and drag the PDF to Zotero.
