Upgrade StorageMissing subcollection (ID number 2023206663)

2023206663 - that is an ID of my case generated from Zotero.
One of our subcollection is missing and all the content went into unfiled items. Is there a possibility to check if it was a bug or someone deleted it by accident? Is there a way to 'restore' them into previous subcollection fast?
