Not sure what the problem is

There was a ! next to the green sync arrow, when I clicked on it I got this Report ID: 1871305306

No idea what the problem is.

    You can (and should) click on the (!) button to see what the actual error is, and tell us here. A Report ID alone isn't sufficient.

    If you're getting a sync error consistently, we'd want to see a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync that produces the error.
