Cannot see files in shared library

I have access to a group library, for which I am not the owner. When I add things to the shared library, the owner is unable to see the folders and documents that I have added. Can you assist me with troubleshooting this issue?

It does not appear to be a syncing issue. I am downloading pdfs to the Zotero application on my desktop (into the Group library) and I am personally able to see those items in the group library on the web version of Zotero but the owner can not.

That's some sort of misunderstanding. Everyone sees the same thing in the web library.
