I'm using zotero on my mac (word document).
When i send it by email, the citations are all mixed and doesn't show properly on with other mac users!
how can i fix it?

Are you sending a document to be edited by other Zotero users, or are you just sharing a final document? If the latter, you'd want to make a copy of the document and unlink citations using the plugin before sending it (and, if they don't need to edit it, you might want to print to PDF, but that's unrelated to Zotero).
