I upgraded storage, now iAnnotate doesn't work

I upgrade storage to unlimited and now my file sharing system does not seem to work. I used to go, PC - iCloud - iAnnotate and back. This system no longer works. Files go to the tablet (sometimes) but I am no longer able to extract annotations or get the annotations back. Thoughts?

    Those things aren't related at all — a storage subscription has no effect on your local Zotero other than the ability to upload additional files.

    And those are ZotFile features, not Zotero features. If you say more about what's happening and provide a Report ID, it's possible we can give you some advice, but in general we can't provide support for ZotFile.
