Is Shazino (developer of Papership) still in business?

I definitely purchased the in-app annotation feature in Papership a while ago.
The app for some reason refuses to have my purchase restored, and I’ve tried to contact the customer support to no availe.
Their Zendesk website seems to be down, and they are not replying to my emails.

Does anyone know if they are still in business?
If they are, I’m even willing to pay another $9.99 for the annotation feature.

There was one compatibility update not that long ago, but for all practical purposes you should consider Papership abandoned, I'm afraid.

You're aware that Zotero is developing its own iOS app? I don't know how they're handling annotations, but probably worth waiting for
