Lost all files in Zotero App (Mac)

Hi, was "cleaning" some caches and acciddentaly deleted the zotero.sqlite
When I opened the app everything was gone but the website is ok.
How do I synchronise the website with the app?

You can just sync to pull down the data from your online library. (But don't delete zotero.sqlite.)
