same author same year in-text and reference APA citation

I am new user and I have seen a discussion referring to the citation node (code).
I have no clue what this means and how can I do that.
Would you be so kind to let me know if there is a step-by-step video to do so?

I have 10 citations from the same prolific author for the same year.
For institutions like "UNWTO, 2019a/b/c/d.... the same.

Does Zotero places these "a" "b" and "c" in-text and is that automatically reflected in the reference list? Thanks!

For each record by an author, the author's name should (must) be entered exactly the same.

How exactly are you adding citations to your document?
