I have version MacBook Pro, Catalina 10.15.6, Word 16.40 and Zotero 5.0.89. And the connection between Word and Zotero does not occur. Zotero is open. I have already verified that in System Preferences, in Automation, Zotero's access to Word is authorized. There is something I have to do. Thank you.

Oh thanks. The indications in that link have helped me to understand and locate the problem. I had moved the apps to different folders and, it seems, they did not find each other. I have replaced them to the original places and it works fine. It's fixed. Thank you.
