Web library issue: Confirm delete attachment action

This is an issue report for the web library, which we are finding very helpful in sharing a library with a large team of users, many of whom are not able to install the Zotero client on the devices they are using.

Currently when selecting or hovering on an attachment filename, two icons appear: "download attachment" and "delete attachment". The positioning of these icons is dangerous because, as we have found, it allows the user to delete an attachment inadvertently -- and with no obvious means of restoring the deleted attachment to its original location -- when the intention was to open the attachment.

To guard against this condition, it would be desirable to add a confirmation modal before deleting the attachment.

Additionally, both of these icons should have a title text set in order to make it more obvious to users what they do.

Thank you for reporting the issue. The idea here is that if attachment is removed by accident, it should be possible to easily recover it from the trash. Unfortunately that's not possible with web library at the moment and that's a bug which we will fix, I've created a Github issue to keep track of this. As a temporary workaround, it is possible to recover the item from the trash using desktop client.

Also it's true that the title attribute is missing on these two icons, we will fix that, thanks for letting us know.
