Is it possible to ascertain the total number of references in My Library (in order to tell if I have imported my entire ENDNOTE library)?

    The easiest way is to just hit Ctrl- or Cmd- A in the items list and look at the count in the right pane. If you want to count notes and attachments as well, hit + first to expand all items.
