Upgrade StorageAnnotated Bibliographies

It was questioned whether annotations might be accessible from Zotero notes. I am wondering if any action was forthcoming from this request.
It seems natural to save the abstract field for the real abstracts, and the extra field for other CSL variables. Of course I might have more than two notes on an object, so some sort if indicator would be needed. Maybe there is another idea already conceived, but the thing that comes to mind is '__annotation' at the beginning of the note or at the end of the note.

bwiernikEnter annotations in Extra. Any CSL variables at the top of Extra will be removed before the annotations are rendered.
