Upgrade StorageUnable to renew storage plan - Credit card payment not working
Dear Zotero Team,
I have tried several times in the past 2 weeks to renew my Zotero storage plan using my credit card.
But when I enter the information I get the green "tick", but then nothing happens and the payment and the renewal doesn't work.
Is it possible to try something different (payment via Paypal or other?)
I want to purchase the 6GB storage plan for 1 year
