how can I add a cite from a person to zotero?

I would like to cite someone on famous quotes or wisdom. Something in the form of

"If it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, it is a duck" - Napoleon.

I tried to use File -> New Item but cannot find the right selection for this type.

Also, are there any libraries available about - say all famous cites from Albert Einstein?

I would generally recommend citing a source giving the quote (e.g., a book or webpage), rather than the quote directly, unless you heard the quote yourself (e.g., in an interview or personal communication). For the latter case, Interview, Letter, Email, and Instant Message could all work.
