Suspected bug that easily leads to delete a collection - no prompt appears when hitting del

Normally, when you hit delete and the cursor is selecting a collection there should be a prompt. However, I have repeatedly ended up deleting collections recently and there has been no prompt asking me to confirm. It usually happens after I add a new paper to my library and then notice I already have it.

I will click the collection I want to add the paper to and then through the chrome addon add the paper. I then alt-tab back into zotero and if I remember correctly left-click to selected the newly added paper (to delete it). But when I hit delete it just deletes the collection I had selected to add to, and a prompt has now not appeared twice just flat out deleting the collection. This has happened twice in the last week and it is incredibly frustrating.
  • I'm not seeing that, and it shouldn't be possible given how the code works. Can you reproduce this reliably? If so, can you provide exact steps?

I went to try to recreate the bug but I don't seem to be able to when I try to mimic what I did yesterday, for both the collection and an individual article it's prompting me when I hit the del key.

My original post details the steps I did to have this happen yesterday as well as I could remember them. I tried to duplicate that now but didn't have it re-occur.

All I know is I've deleted two collections this way and there was certainly no prompt. The latter case it happened I had to recover my library.
