Support for Muse Knowledge Proxy

I have a patch ready to add initial support for Muse Knowledge Proxy at:

Since the contributor guidelines say to run everything through this forum, I did not create a pull request at GitHub to follow any discussion on this, so please let me know how you prefer to manage this contribution.

    It can be useful to post here or on zotero-dev before beginning work on something just to make sure it makes sense, but if you already have a patch, you're welcome to just open a PR.
