Problem using Zotero with ISI Web of Knowledge

Previously my professor and I were able to use Zotero with ISI Web of Knowledge. Recently however it seems Zotero no longer works with ISI. After I make a search on ISI, there is no folder icon that pops up on top.

Is anyone else having this problem?
