Style request:Estuaries and Coasts

The current Estuaries and Coasts format incorrectly includes author initials for in-text citations when multiple cited studies have the same lead author. For example, the current version includes the following in-text citations:

(J. D. Neilson et al. 2014) and (J. Neilson et al. 2013), which should be:

(Neilson et al. 2014) and (Neilson et al. 2013)

Edit your Zotero records to make every item by the same author have exactly the same name in each record, else Zotero cannot properly disambiguate the authors. In other words, all "John Neilson", "JD Neilson", or "J. Neilson" names should be edited to be "John D. Neilson" (of course, if they are the same person).
