Shared Zotero Library not syncing

Hi all,

I have set up a shared library on Zotero with one of my colleagues. However, my Zotero is not syncing. When I hovered over the refresh button, Zotero said that the library had not yet synced on the desktop or the web library.

I can only view the files that I uploaded onto my library and I cannot see my colleagues.

I have checked my preferences and account settings and everything seems right.

Does anyone have any ideas?
