I cant download PDF through Zotero I think there is a problem with proxy but I can't solve it.
I am accessing my resources off-campus I don t know if this is the problem but I was working before

when ever I try to save PDF from a reference to my library it will say errors while saving the file and the file will not be saved to my library .
But this will not happened all the times , I don't no why

This still isn't enough information.

Are you trying to save a webpage with an attached PDF, or are you trying to save a PDF directly? If the former, what's an example URL? What exactly do you see in the save popup? A red X next to the PDF name?

Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Zotero — not the Zotero Connector — for a save attempt that fails?

That's just for Zotero startup, not a save attempt.

now I tried and this message appeared
Zotero automatically associated journals.scholarsportal.info with a previously defined proxy. Future requests to this site will be redirected through libaccess.lib.mcmaster.ca.
