Contacting for more info about my institution's subscription

The documentation indicates that "if you have a question about your Zotero storage subscription, or institutional storage plans, you can contact" I emailed on July 9, 16, and 28 and haven't heard back. We're living in extraordinary circumstances right now so I didn't want to be too pushy but I'm wondering if there's a better contact for this information. I'm the Zotero facilitator for my institution so I'm hoping to figure out how to get anonymized information about our subscribers. Or, at least, to learn how many subscribers we have.
