Upgrade Storage"Related" relationship not exported

When I use Zotero RDF to export items to move them to another zotero Library, any previously marked item using the "related" button in the right most pane (for item details) do not get transferred. Is this the expected behavior? Is there a way to also export any relationships to another Zotero Library?
