Upgrade StoragePROBLEM WITH WORD TOOLBAR
Hello, I have an issue with zotero on word. There is space in the toolbar but there is no written zotero and the buttons do not go.

In the toolbar there is a space but there isn't write ZOTERO.

You still haven't provided the full Word version number.
You should try reinstalling the Word plugin:
