Focus on search when inserting citation

When you open Zotero in Firefox, cursor focus is given to the search box. It would be nice if this behaviour could be replicated in the plugins to save extra mousework.

    This already happens on OS X, and it'll happen in Windows with the release of new plugins along with 2.0b7.
