Drag and drop numbered styles not formatting correctly

I have used the drag and drop from Zotero into a MS Word document or a Google Doc and it seems to work fine with APA style but when I use a numbered style (Vancouver, ACS, etc), the formatting is not accurate. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to make this work, or does drag and drop with a numbered style just not work? Thanks.

    You mean the numbers are on the previous line? That's a problem with understanding clipboard HTML across different tools (in particular, Word and Google doc are ignoring parts of the HTML on cut&paste/drag&drop for unclear reasons). I don't think there's currently a solution, no.

    Yes, the numbers show up on the previous line all the way to the right.
