Transfer my References (Library) to my Zotero Account

Hi,
I downloaded Zotero long time ago and did not make an account at that time. I continued working with it until now. My friend told me about making an account and then I can have an access to all my previous references in Zotero if I used another computer or laptop.
My question is how I can transfer all my references to my new Zotero account? Is there any way to make it happened?

If you've never synced before and have all your data in Zotero on your computer, all you need to do is set up syncing.
