IBZ should work with COinS, but isn't
IBZ = Internationale Bibliographie der geistes- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Zeitschriftenliteratur (an important German bibliography collecting articles of the humanities) http://gso.gbv.de/LNG=DU/DB=2.4/
Using the IBZ I got an symbol indicating that I can import an article, the roll-over reveals that COinS should be working, but starting the import only results in an empty red framed box in the lower right corner (e.g. http://gso.gbv.de/DB=2.4/SET=2/TTL=11/SHW?FRST=12)
Unfortunately the IBZ is not free to use, it can only be used if your university, library etc. got an account. So I am not sure if anybody can help me.

Could it be that COinS is refering to another source where the title of the article can be found and Zotero is not able to process that?
It does not hurt to contact IBZ & ask them to include the article title. Even if Zotero's COinS translator was improved, it would only scrape the information provided. If you want it to scrape the article title, you'd have to ask them to include it in the span.
