Upgrade StorageAttachments stay put after dragging an Unfiled Item to a collection
After dragging an item from Unfiled the item itself disappears, but the attachment stays (indented) under Unfiled. After clicking away from unfiled and re-clicking it, the attachment is no longer shown (as expected).
