Web Library has tons of greyed out PDFs after sync that aren't openable

I recently added a bunch of references to My Library. While it claims to have sync'd and I can see the reference on the Web Library, when I go to access the PDF from the web interface, the PDF is greyed out, with no icon to open in. This is true for many (~80% of randomly checked entries) of my "My Library" references, though a small percentage have pdf's accessible. All of the references in My Groups seem to be present though. Is there a way to have internet access to all the files? Yesterday I cleared My Library and imported a new set of papers: I sync'd ~3000 new files about 20 hrs ago, and even upgraded my storage capacity yesterday in case that is the issue (online it says I'm at 1983 MB with a 6 GB plan).
