Hello, I carelessly deleted the original Zotero folder and now I can't reinstall the program. I had installed it via Flathub.
When I try to reinstall it the message appears:
Ignoring: org.zotero.Zotero / x86_64 / stable is already installed

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Which Zotero folder are you referring to?

When you first run Zotero, it creates a data directory at ~/Zotero and a profile directory within ~/.zotero. Neither of those is created at install time, so reinstalling wouldn't be relevant here.

The above message is about the profile directory, not the data directory. You'd get it if Zotero can't access ~/.zotero (or the cache directory at ~/.cache/zotero), either because of file permissions or because something about the Flatpak is preventing access.

Note that we can't help with third-party packages, so you're pretty much on your own here unless you can reproduce the problem with the official tarball.
