Error - Times Digital Archive (Infotrac)

I'm having problems saving citations from the Times Digital Archive. I get the "Could not save item" error but there's no mention of this on "known issues".

Any ideas?

I've also got this problem, but I'm accessing it through a public library subscription (Tower Hamlets, London).

Here's the URL I've got for an article I'm trying to capture:

It would be really great if this could work, as the site itself restricts outputting citations to plain text...

I've run into this problem too. Was this translator problem ever resolved? I've found at least one other thread related to it (earlier than this one).

I too am trying to access Infotrac via proxy server.

this still seems broke. I can't get it to display a decent error, but here's the relevant debug:

Similar situation as the Proquest changes, a couple of years back. The workaround was: Generate a citation, set it up to download to endnote, and zotero picks it up.

Just did that, works like a charm.
