Bug in "nested" saved searches?
Scenario, I have three saved searches:
1. a search that finds all of the entries that were published in seven different journals by matching "contains" on the publication field (match = any)
2. a search that finds a list of five different keywords matched in attachment content (match = any)
3. A search that looks in for the overlap between search 1 and search 2 by using "collection" as a criteria.
Search 3 doesn't seem to update properly when new criteria are added to searches 1 or 2, or new matching content is added to the library. In order to get the list to refresh with new results I need to edit search 3, change the match to "any," save it, edit it again, and change the match back to "all."
