Greetings,

My specific field discourages the following type of citation, but occasionally I need to use it. I use it so infrequently that I don't know the name of a style or if Zotero does support this type of bibliography production.

For book sections (such as a chapter in an edited volume), the book must appear as a separate entry like the following:


Someone Special (Ed). 2020. Some grate book. Peaceful, Place: Favorite Publisher

Me. 2020. My story. In Someone Special (2020).


And another one that don't know the name for, would be:

Author1. 2020. Some fiction. Rock & Hard Spot::: Frugal Publisher

———. 2019. Some other fiction. Rock near me: Frugal Publisher

    The first bit CSL/Zotero currently can't do. It's also just a bad idea to include references that require readers to jump around in the bibliography to find the full reference (in addition, it's bad for machine-readable references) -- there has been some discussion of including it in future CSL version, but I remain skeptical.

    The second bit is available e.g. in Chicago (author-date) and a number of related styles.
