With MS Word 2010, Zotero installs OK, displays the buttons...but no function (e.g. add citation ) works. I have read and followed all suggestions in the documentation. There seems to be some kind of software engineering problem. I submitted trouble report 784559975, and the response is that I should post a report with the trouble number. Here it is !

    This is likely due to security software on your system preventing Zotero from updating the Word plugin.

    Follow the manual installation instructions. Delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word to make sure that it's gone completely, and then try reinstalling it manually so that you're sure you have the latest version.
