How to input last names that have prefixes (like 'van der ...')
I raised this question in the Beta 2.0 category, since that's the version of Zotero I'm using, but maybe this is too general, so I'm posting it again here.
What is the best way to input names that have prefixes before last names? An example I came across was an article with an author named 'van der Noor' - when I used the Zotero link in the Firefox address bar to save the reference, it dropped the 'van der' part entirely as far as I can tell.
So what is the normal practice for these types of names? Do I put the 'van der' prefix back in as part of the last name, or part of the given name?
