directory for citation styles

In which directory are the citation style files stored? I would like to add a new citation style file (I want to tweak an exisiting one with
chrome://zotero/content/tools/csledit.xul
but keep the original).

I'm using Zotero 1.0.10 in Firefox 3.5.2 on Windows XP.

    They're stored in the styles directory within the data directory, but you don't need to touch that—just give the file a .csl extension and drag it into Firefox. Make sure you give the file a different name and id.

    (Oh, sorry, and since you're using 1.0.10, there is no 'styles' directory anyway.)
