Sync issues

I had been working on my laptop since March, but decided to borrow my desktop from the university, since who knows when I'll be back in the lab. Anyway, it had been 110 days since I last synced Zotero on here, and I've been trying to get it to sync all day, to no avail. The arrow rotates for a long time (20 minutes?) and then stops, but the library is not udpated at all.

Please help!

    I am looking in the right place. The libraries are properly synced online. I have not received a sync error. My libraries are all set to sync. I am using the same account.

    That appears to be syncing fine. There are no remote changes to download. What are you expecting to see that you're not seeing?

    There were some new folders I wasn't seeing, but I am seeing them now. Either they just synced, or I was just missing them. Sorry to waste your time! Thanks for the help :)
