Upgrade StorageImporting items from JSON or XML file
I tried saving a citation in .json and .xml on DataCite.org and using Import in Zotero Standalone w/o success: it keeps telling me the file is not supported.
Here is example, links on top right allows saving a file the formats I mention.
https://search.datacite.org/works/10.17612/hdp8-0149
(Import using DOI identifier does not work either).
Does anyone have any insight?

DataCite JSON and add by identifier doesn't import because of this DataCite issue:
https://github.com/zotero/translators/issues/2018
although we should be able to make those work even without the DataCite fix
