Problem in inserting in-text citations and creating ref inLatest version of MS-Office and Office 365

Hi,

I am regularly delivering lecture and teaching Zotero in Workshops and other course in India. One of the best feature is to insert citations within the text and creating bibliography at the end of document. It is observed that the Zotero word plug-in do not work in MS Office version 2010 and above. Even it does not work with Office 365.

I would request members to help in resolving this issue.
