Error ID 1919384815: can't synchronise

Hi,

I can't synchronise my library. The first time I've tried I had errors related to some notes (apparently because I did insert pictures inside, which I then removed) After solving this issues, synchronisation couldn't complete though, with error message "Request timed out after 60000 ms" (consequently, my library has never been totally synchronised).

Could you help me?

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails?

    Are you connecting via a proxy server, or is this a direct connection?

    Also, if you deleted the notes with images in them, did you empty the trash afterward?

    Yes, I did empty the trash after deleted the notes.

    You still have an image in at least one note. Search for <img in All Fields & Tags mode.
