Word and Zotero connection failed
Hi there,
Today I've installed the new macOS 11 Big Sur. After that, whenever I've tried to insert citation in my documents, I was being told "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again".
Currently, I run Word version 16.38.
Like other Zotero users, I've tried everything, from disabling/enabling the plug-ins, to reinstalling Zotero twice. In Word, the Zotero.dotm is enabled.
Would you be so kind as to provide any assistance to my inquiry? I am currently pressed by some deadlines that I need to submit.
Thank you!

If you're pressed by deadlines, there's no reason in the world you should be updating to a beta version — let alone the first developer beta from WWDC — of macOS.
