Export all documents from one account to another

Hello there, I have been using my sisters account for over 2 years as I have inherited her computer. Long story short, I haven't had the motivation to start my on account until now. I have one.
But all the documents, which are pdf articles and books, are in 'her' account. How do I transfer all of them into my new account?

I am sorry to be asking such a question, I thought it was easy to find the answer but I did not. If you could help I would be super happy.

  • Does she have her own data in that account? If not, the cleanest thing to do would be to just delete your new account, associate your email address with her account, remove hers, and change the username.

    If it contains a mix of her data and yours, you can make sure all of your collections and items are contained within a single collection and then export that to Zotero RDF and import it into your account, but that would be error-prone, it would reset all Date Added/Modified values, and it would break links to the items from citations in any existing word processor documents.
