dstillman Zotero TeamSee the debug output instructions again. The Debug ID has to include the sync process — that's just an empty log. Based on this, though, see Connection Error. (In your case you're still able to submit debug output, so not all connections are broken, but it's likely that some connections are being blocked by your network setup.)
