citation style by example or new style question

Hi, I'm trying to find an updated end note style for Smithsonian Scholarly Press. The create new style tool only includes in-line citation and bibliography. I am looking for an endnote style that does not include quotation marks and uses italics for journal or book title. (forum does not allow for italics, so in this case the book title would be in italics.
Here is an example of an end note
Alex Owen, The Place of Enchantment: British Occultism and the Culture of the Modern
(Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2004), 123.
Bibliography entry looks like this but with a hanging indent and again the book title in italics:
Owen, Alex. The Place of Enchantment: British Occultism and the Culture of the Modern. Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2004.
Thank you
