Need help getting Ibid. to work in SBL

I can't figure out why Ibid. doesn't work in my document using SBL. Can you help?

    SBL allows but doesn't encourage ibid. and IIRC includes a lot of rules on when it shouldn't be used, so Zotero's SBL style doesn't use it at all.
