I've tried all indicated ways to merge zotero data on two computers (mainly on one) without success : nothing happens !
Can you help me ?

    Probably, if you can provide more detail than "nothing happens". If you're getting a sync error, send in a Report ID and post it here.

    Thanks for answering. In fact on my second PC I hadn't log in. Now I have, but my real name appears instead of aacg... and my password appears (in the settings of my second computer), but not in the "original PC". Third strange thing ("strange" for the dumb PC user I am) : in "my library" I find the titles of the data registered in PC2, but I'm not able to insert them into the "original" Zotero list of articles which is on my PC1.
    Can you help ?

    Sorry, I'm not really understanding any of these issues.

    Can you provide exact steps to reproduce each problem, including what you're clicking on, what text you see on screen, what's happening or not happening, etc.?

    Make sure you've entered your Zotero account information correctly in the Sync pane of the Zotero preferences on each computer and that you're not getting an error icon over the sync icon when you sync. If you are, you can hover over the icon to see the error, and you can send in an error report using Report Errors under the gear menu and post the Report ID here.
