Upgrade Storageunable to copy and paste, or cut and paste, citations in Word
I am using microsoft Word 365.
I am not able to cut and paste, or copy and paste, citations or text containing citations. When I try, the citation is copied as text and is not recognized (managed) by zotero
I don't recall this being a problem before. I have tried on a new document and still have this problem.

In word I had the default paste set for text only.
To fix this I did the following
1. copy andy test
2. paste it
3. click on ctrl that pops up when pasting
4. click on 'set default'
5. change 'Paste withing the same document' to be 'Keep source formatting'
